The cross in the center is principal symbol of our Christian faith. It is symbolic of the curse of sin that Jesus Christ took on for us. Romans 6:23 (ESV) tells us, "..[T]he wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." 

Deuteronomy 21:22-23 tell us, "if a man has committed a crime punishable by death and he is put to death, and you hang him on a tree, ²³ his body shall not remain all night on the tree, but you shall bury him the same day, for a hanged man is cursed by God. You shall not defile your land that the Lord your God is giving you for an inheritance."

The multi-directional arrows represent the crossroads of life we all find ourselves at. It is the foundation of this ministry. God made mankind with free will and we can choose to go left, right, or hopefully, the way of the cross—the way of Christ. It's a choice we must make every day. Judah was admonished by God in Jeremiah 6:16 to,
“...Stop at the crossroads and look around. Ask for the old, godly way, and walk in it. Travel its path, and you will find rest for your souls..."
